The Passenger Locator Form France (PLF) is a document that is required by the French authorities for all passengers arriving in France by air. This form must be completed online and submitted no later than 48 hours before your flight.

When completing the form, you will be asked to provide:

- the address of where you will be staying in France.
- you will also be asked to confirm that you are not experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms and that you understand the French travel restrictions.
Once you have completed the form, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code. You must present this QR code to the authorities upon arrival in France.
