Editorial Policy
This page explains how Locator-Form.com researches, writes, and checks the entry card and form guides published on this site. It applies to every destination guide, in every language, on this site.
Our Sources
Our team works primarily from official government and immigration sources: the entry card or form portal operated by the relevant immigration, border control, or health authority for each destination. Where an official portal is unavailable or a requirement is not yet published online, we say so directly in the guide rather than filling the gap with assumptions.
What We Verify
For every destination guide, our team checks the following directly against the official source before publication:
- Who is required to submit the form, and who is exempt
- Submission deadlines and time windows before travel
- Any fees involved, and whether the official form itself is free
- Exemption categories and special cases
Our Process
Each guide is prepared by an author and checked by a separate reviewer before it goes live. The author researches and drafts the guide directly from the official source; the reviewer then checks the draft against that same source before publication. Guides that carry an editorial byline show who wrote and reviewed that specific page. You can read more about our team on the Editorial Team page.
Not Legal or Immigration Advice
Locator-Form.com is an independent, privately operated service. We are not a law firm, a government agency, or an immigration consultancy, and nothing on this site constitutes legal or immigration advice. If your situation is complex or unclear, consult the relevant government authority or a qualified immigration professional directly.
Requirements Can Change
Entry requirements, deadlines, fees, and exemptions are set by individual governments and can change without notice. We work to keep our guides current, but you should always confirm the requirements for your destination on the official government source before you travel.
